Calendar posting. Myspace blog style.

I've posted today's calendar in our Myspace blogs, something I haven't done in quite awhile. I thought I'd give it another chance since Myspaces' formatting no longer seems to turn the listings into an unreadable, jumbled mess. If you find that you can't tell where one listing starts and another ends, please let me know.

Old fliers? No thanks.

After quite a while of cataloging past concert fliers I have decided to stop. As it stands, I have a digital copy of (nearly) every flier from January 2008 to present.

I don't know why.

I no longer plan on keeping old fliers either on line or on my hard drive. Eliminating this one step in the process of posting The Spokane Music Calendar should allow me more time to bring you a more complete product. If you would like a copy of any of these, please email me. There are many ways to do so.

I think, from now on, I will post the calendar only on our main site.  It no longer looks good posted here [originally posted on myspace.com/themeetingnw] in our blogs w/o properly copied links I'm have to reformat it just to make it look "almost good".

News | December 14, 2008

The temperature outside is a terribly cold 10 degrees Fahrenheit. Oh yeah.

I don't really have much for news other then adding a bit of structure here. From now on, the calendar will be posted every Wednesday and Sunday. Updates and corrections will still take place as normal so please let us know if anything needs changing.

I've been working on pretty cool page lately. I starting by linking to the spokane-music related sites, blogs, groups and calendars that I use on a regular basis. The main idea is for a unified starting point for my daily search for shows. Feel free to dig through the mess. This page really is, "All the local music info you could get elsewhere."
